The Carmichael Little League (CLL) Executive Directors work in service of CLL to support the long-term goals, mission, and vision of our league. Together, they form the Executive Committee. The primary responsibility of this committee is to enact and execute the decisions of the CLL Board of Directors. This committee is additionally responsible for ensuring that all members of the CLL family adhere to the Little League International and local league rules, regulations, and standards of conduct outlined in the Little League International Rulebook and in our local league bylaws; for evaluating the overall performance of the league in meeting its mission and goals; and for making day-to-day operational decisions.

Directors
Directors are the heart of the Carmichael Little League (CLL) and are vested with the power to help shape the direction of our league as voting members on the Board of Directors. Directors are responsible for the oversight, major decision-making, and overall health and success of CLL. Directors are expected to make decisions that serve the interests of the entire CLL family. All Directors shall be vested with the authority to attend all public meetings concerning Carmichael Little League. At Board of Directors meetings, directors are empowered with the ability to initiate discussion, speak to all matters brought forth, motion or second motion for resolutions, and cast a single vote on all motions.

Associates are a vital part of the core leadership team at Carmichael Little League (CLL) and are vested with the power to represented the Board of Directors as Board Members on Duty at Carmichael Little League events. There is no limit to the number of Associates that can serve CLL. At Board of Directors meetings, Associates are empowered with the ability to initiate discussion, speak to all matters brought forth, bring an issue to the Board of Directors in an attempt to entertain a vote, and may serve on CLL committees.
